This work moves beyond simple relaxation to understanding and addressing the causes of muscular pain and discomfort. There is no need to undress to receive therapeutic massage, and the results can be more profound due to a greater freedom in applying techniques and movements. Clothed massage also enhances safety for many people.The choice to undress or remain clothed is left up to the individual .With exercise we use a physical activity/health model vs. an exercise training/fitness model which makes activities of daily living easier to engage in while also being able to deal with unexpected physical emergencies. Various movement protocols are used when physcal activity and fall prevention training is practiced. Paul has over 26 years of experience in the fields of massage therapy and fitness and creates an atmosphere of safety and support while sharing complex information about how the body functions in health and disease.
